To keep things running smoothly and make sure every client gets the time and attention they deserve, I ask that the following policies are respected when booking.
Booking policys
I require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No shows will be charged 100% of the service total.
I understand that things come up. If you’re sick or there’s an emergency, please reach out and I will always do my best to work with you.
Cancellations and No Shows
A 15 minute grace period is allowed. If you are running later than that, please call or text the salon at (208) 697 7853. Depending on timing, your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled to stay on schedule for the day.
Late Arrivals
If something doesn’t feel right, please reach out within 5 to 7 days of your appointment. I’m happy to make reasonable adjustments when needed. This does not apply to a change of mind, but I will always talk it through with you.
Adjustments
Every appointment includes a full consultation. I will always guide you through what will work best for your hair, lifestyle, and maintenance preferences so you feel confident in the plan going forward.
