If you’re not sure what to book, you’re not alone most of my clients feel that way at first. If you’re debating a color decision, you can book a full specialty service or even just a haircut every appointment includes a full consultation where we’ll go over color, maintenance, and a plan that makes sense for you.

I offer à la carte pricing based on the service and the level of work needed. After a consultation, I’ll give you a clear, transparent quote so you know exactly what to expect no surprises.

I require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service and no shows will be charged 100%. I understand that things come up if you’re sick or there’s an emergency just reach out and I’ll always do my best to work with you.

I offer a 15 minute grace period. If you’re running later than that please call or text the salon at (208) 697 7853. Depending on timing we may need to adjust or reschedule your service to stay on track for the day.

Yes your hair should feel right to you. If something feels off please reach out within 6 to 8 days of your appointment. I’m happy to make reasonable adjustments when needed. That said this doesn’t apply to a change of mind but I’ll always talk it through with you.
